Internet video unlike television, does not instantly start playing. You should wait at least three or four minutes before expecting the video to play depending upon the speed of your internet connection and your computer.
If after 4 minutes the video does not play press the play button and it should begin. If there is still no video right click your mouse on the indicated link and select "save link as" or "save target as" to save it to your computer. After it is finished downloading it should open on your system with no problems.
